Customer FAQs:

1. How much advance notice is required to book custom cakes or desserts?
A:We recommend booking custom cakes or desserts at least “two weeks” in advance. During this time, we will discuss details like size, quantity, design, flavor, and provide a quote. Orders are confirmed upon completion of discussions and full payment.
2. How to enroll in piping or dessert courses?
A: DM me for course details and tuition fees. We offer parent-child and private group classes (minimum of four participants), as well as in-home teaching services.
3. Do you deliver?
A: We offer delivery service. We are located in Fremont, and customers can schedule a pickup time. Once the order is confirmed, we will provide the delivery address. If you require delivery service, the cost is $1.5 per mile, with a limit of 40 miles.
4. Are there photos available for cakes or desserts to choose from?
A: Each cake or dessert is handmade and unique; we do not replicate exact designs. You can utilize the “search bar” above this forum to input relevant keywords, and the system will show related photos and articles for your reference. Moreover, you can visit http://www.instagram.com/le_bijou_de_j to view customer orders. We also encourage customers to share their favorite cake photo examples or inspirations with us, allowing us to collaborate on creating a unique birthday cake for the celebrant.
5. If I cancel my confirmed order, would I be eligible for a refund?
A: Cancellation within 1 week of delivery will not be accepted. All orders are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit to purchase items or courses of equal value.
